Microstructural Evolution and Tensile Properties of a Corrosion-Resistant Ni-Based Superalloys Used for Industrial Gas Turbines

As an important mechanical property, tensile behavior has been regarded as indicator for the creep and thermal fatigue properties of Ni-based superalloys. The property superalloys is closely related to amount, size, distribution γ'-phase carbides. To further clarify deformation mechanism CM247LC alloy, this study investigated its solidification characteristics directionally-solidified heat-treated microstructure. dependence on varied temperature ranging between 650 950 ℃ discussed in detail. It was found that at dominated by shearing dislocations into γ'-precipitates form superlattice stacking faults. At 800 ℃, K-W lock leads anomalous yield effects. bypassing γ'-precipiates. results provide a comprehensive understanding alloy are beneficial development corrosion-resistant
